Rail
Clacton on Sea is on a direct line from London Liverpool Street Station. Trains leave hourly
from London Liverpool street direct to Clacton which is the terminal station so little chance of missing your stop.
The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Our cottages are just a bus or taxi ride away.
Air
There
are a number of airports between 1-2 hours drive from Clacton on Sea.
London Stansted - Just over an hour London City Airport - 1.5
hours London Gatwick and London Heathrow - 2 hours
The easiest
journey if you are arriving by air and then wish to travel by train is via London Stanstead or London City Airports.
Sea
The
nearest port is Harwich International. Harwich is a 30-40 minute drive from Clacton. Trains are available from
Harwich to Clacton via Colchester. The port of Dover is a 2.5 hour drive from Clacton on Sea.
